About me

I was born in Adelaide, South Australia, but made England my home in 1992 after travelling around America, Canada and Mexico. Before travelling I studied at the Heather Langton Academy of Beauty graduating with the top student award. I haven’t stopped learning since. Subsequently I went to work for the inspirational Joan Sainsbury, who had been practising for 40 years and who taught me so much about facial massage and client care.

Once settled in the UK I helped establish a small salon in Harley Street, mainly doing facials and massage, which is what I specialise in to this day. I left the industry for a short time and worked in my husband’s business. Having moved to Midhurst, I worked at The Spread Eagle’s Health Club & Spa. After having my second child, I started my own massage business in 2006 but became disillusioned with the business which was, in my opinion, becoming ever more focused on machinery and product sales and less on client well-being.

I then ran a successful pub for 3 years, but realised I missed my vocation and so moved back into massage, and over the next 5 years built up a loyal following of wonderful body massage clients. I decided to branch out into genuine facial massage that concentrates on more than the surface appearance of the skin.

I completed the Danielle Collins Face Yoga course in early 2022, which built on my knowledge of the head, face and neck and complements my extensive facial massage techniques. The course also introduced me to some Oriental practices which when combined have the power to relax and revive and thereby help to regain a more youthful glowing skin.
