Treatments

  • Massage

I use deep tissue massage techniques to address any areas of concern that you may have.

Back, neck & shoulder massage concentrates on the back, shoulders and neck, which is where we feel a lot of tension. This is good beginner massage if you have not experienced one before.

Full body & Extended full body massage: legs, feet, arms, hands & head included. The extra time in the extended massage allows for more intensive massage concentrated, if required, on your areas of concern. Every first treatment will consist of a full body massage during which or prior to, we can discuss the problem areas specific to you and your body, which I will work on and can then focus on in subsequent treatments.

Maintenance: Every 2 to 4 weeks is a good guide, every individual is different. If you can, have it weekly!

  • Facial Therapy

A natural facelift, including red light therapy, that focuses on the movement and manipulation of the muscles of the face and neck, rather than products. It is literally a workout for the face which increases blood flow and oxygenation, bringing nourishment and releasing toxins and stress through lymph drainage and deep massage movements.

The depth of relaxation is reviving both for the tone and appearance of the skin and the overworked mind, which in turn alleviates deep set lines and wrinkles due to frowning and stress.

I use a selection of “The Ordinary” skin care products by DECIEM, who have played a major role in the revolution in skin care in the last 10 years (click on the links above to learn more).

At the end of each facial massage therapy treatment, I will demonstrate a couple of face yoga exercises that will target your specific areas of concern. Practising these between treatments will increase the results that you will see and feel.

Maintenance: Facial massage will show excellent results if done regularly alongside facial yoga exercises at home. Every 2 - 4 weeks is recommended.

  • Pedicure

Do you hate your feet ? Do you find that a cosmetic pedicure just doesn’t address the problems that you have with hard, dead skin, corns, uneven nails and dry, tired feet? My pedicure is designed to address all these issues. Fundamental to all my treatments of course is massage which stimulates blood flow and eases tension, but I will also remove the callouses; corns; and hard skin; soften and revitalise your cuticles, beautify your nails and leave your feet feeling as if they were treading on clouds!

Maintenance: Every 4 weeks or as required.
